Filmcoating adds a thin layer to the seed that holds fungicides or biostimulants and/or adds a colour to the seed. This makes the seed more visible at sowing. The filmcoat is so thin, there will be very little change in weight or size of the seed.

The standard colour used by SeedTuning for filmcoating is Metal Green. We believe this colour has the greatest visibility at the slightest cover, and reduces any disturbance to the germination process to as little as possible. We can of course tailor the colouring of your seed to personal requirements on request.
